Bentley Architects + Engineers, Inc., a locally based multi-discipline firm, will expand into a new Longwood 18,000 square-foot building adjacent to their current facility in Seminole County. The company will create 17 jobs over the next three years and make a $2.5 million capital investment into the region.

The company blends architecture, land development, structural and transportation engineering under the same roof. This unique mix allows Bentley to provide creative, cost-effective solutions to all of its projects.

Numerous partners assisted in the project including the Orlando Economic Development Commission who worked with Bentley Architects + Engineers Inc. to create connections with local educational institutions and workforce partnering organizations such as CareerSource Central Florida.

“We are pleased that Bentley Architects + Engineers has decided to expand its operations in Central Florida, specifically Seminole County,” said Orlando EDC Executive Vice President Holly Wiedman. “The decision to grow speaks volumes to the growth the region is seeing within corporate headquarters and regional offices.”

“We’re pleased to partner on this economic development venture,” said Pamela Nabors, President and CEO of CareerSource Central Florida.  “This project brings high-wage, in-demand jobs to Central Florida, as well as a sizeable investment in facilities that will compliment and expand our already diversifying economy.  We’ll continue to work with the Orlando EDC to bring more projects like this to fruition for our community.”
